ROISM Contacts CRM is a private customer relationship and operations workspace for authorized business users.

Purpose

The purpose of ROISM Contacts CRM is to bring a business user's client communications, received files, jobs, follow-up, and billing history into one explainable customer timeline. This helps the user see what has transpired with a client and take the next authorized action without searching across disconnected systems.

Gmail integration

A user can explicitly connect a Gmail mailbox to synchronize relevant messages and attachments into their CRM workspace. The integration can also send an email that the user composes and approves in ROISM Contacts. It does not send messages autonomously.

User control

Gmail access is optional and can be disconnected in the CRM or revoked from the user's Google Account. Access is limited to the permissions shown on Google's consent screen.
