Terms of service
These terms apply to authorized use of the ROISM Contacts customer relationship and operations workspace.
Authorized business use
ROISM Contacts is provided for approved business users and workspaces. Users must protect their credentials, use only accounts and data they are permitted to access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Connected services
Connecting Gmail or another provider authorizes ROISM Contacts to use only the permissions shown during that provider's consent flow. Users remain responsible for reviewing recipients, content, attachments, and sending identity before submitting a message. Connected access may be revoked at any time through the provider or the CRM.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to access data without permission, distribute unlawful or abusive content, evade security controls, disrupt the service, or violate applicable law or a connected provider's terms.
Business records and accuracy
Users are responsible for verifying important client, legal, insurance, billing, and AI-assisted output before relying on it. Email-open signals and automated analysis are operational aids and are not proof that a recipient read a message or that generated content is complete.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service is maintained and improved. Third-party services may impose their own limits or experience outages. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect data, users, or service integrity.
